For years I just associated him with the really nasty right wing streamers but epic leftist. And then someone posted a clip as a gotcha and he was kind of just a normal guy. I think being handsome is the main problem for people.

One time I went camping on the Appalachian Trail with some friends. We got to a peak and sat at the edge of a mountain looking at the Blue Ridge Mountains as the sun set, and after a couple minutes of reverent silence my friend goes, “I understand Fleet Foxes now”.

I love to interview a manager about how many innings their pitcher who just came off the field is expected to throw. Especially if something cool happens on the field so that I have no idea what’s going on.
