I put the finished ones in my office, and so I have them to admire while I am working. I also created an AI-based Norwegian tutor for myself using Lumo AI. It's fantastic and really helping me get over the hump after completing the Duolingo course.

I hear you and am in a similar situation. I have started some new hobbies that have helped. For example, I have a fascination with Lego Botanicals and similar brickbuilding kits from other manufacturers. It's very zen for me. I can lose myself in a build and enjoy putting a puzzle together.
