From 2002 to 2005, he was the Program Director of MOST, a civil society organization and he co-ordinated the reform of the Macedonian election legislation. Vladimir has a
background in political science and holds MA degree from the University of Graz, Austria.
He also served as the main focal point for the election training activities, and in the last 10 years he trained over 1,000 observers from various countries.
From 2005 to 2015 he served as Executive Director of the Institute for Democracy, a
Macedonian-based think tank.
Vladimir was primarily responsible for developing the election methodologies related to observation of information-communication and voting technologies, election campaigns,
including on social networks and on traditional media.
Vladimir has been working for the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) from 2015 until 2025. In this capacity, he worked on more than 100ย elections in over 50 countries.

Isabelle Roth Borucki is a professor for Methodology and Democracy in Digital Transformation. She researches political organisations, especially political parties, comparative politics, and information technology and the internet in politics, with a focus on methodological integration and dialogue.

Her PhD thesis was on the comparative development of electoral fraud laws. She has published in and edited special issues of journals dealing with elections. She has worked on different projects with the Venice Commission of the European Council, OSCE/ODIHR and IFES as independent election expert.
She previously worked at the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and the Dutch Electoral Council, organizing elections in the Netherlands. Her academic research focuses on electoral integrity, electoral law, electoral fraud legislation and the use of e-voting and technology in elections.
Leontine Loeber is a legislative lawyer with the Dutch government, currently working for the Ministry of Education. She is also a visiting scholar in constitutional and administrative law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

He completed his PhD at Queensland University of Technology in 2017, before working as a research and development manager at Polyas GmbH, and later as a postdoctoral researcher at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, joining ANU in 2021.
His research spans applied cryptography, electronic voting, zero-knowledge proofs, machine-aided analysis and verification, and secure computation.
Thomas Haines is a Senior Lecturer at the ANU School of Computing and an ARC DECRA Fellow. An applied cryptographer specialising in the security of distributed systems, he has been involved with auditing over a dozen different electronic voting systems.
