It’s OK to scroll social media - as long as you take something out of it.

When I scroll TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter/X, I take notes of:

• New trends
• Viral posts
• Ads angles
• Products pages selling

Replace scrolling with observing. It will give you a lot of ideas to test

You don’t need:

• A degree
• Online diplomas
• 10 years of “fantom” work experience

Instead you need:

• Fail fast
• Deliver results
• Analyze and iterate

That’s the online way now
