You can so see the DNA of a lot of Actual Plays that comes from Eberron's invitation to introduce Early Modern to even Victorian-esque technologies to your fantasy setting, and it's definitely got a post-WWI vibe to it, but I think that running it more high fantasy rather than noire has been fun
essentially Eberron meets Pratchett's Moving Pictures. It's such a blast to run and so fun to develop ideas around. It's resulted in me buying about a load of resources including a Keith Baker Eberron novel, 2 of the official D&D books not to mention 3rd party resources on the politics of the world
