My alabaster milk child Teuton keeps asking for ranch dressing at the caviar factory, it is most epic. The fishmongers despise him.

They redid the chart, but it still pains me to point out that something "very" specific happened in 1978-79 to facilitate a second major spike in inflation. And it's unlikely to happen again.

if you brought back grant and sherman today it would take them about 4 hours to dismantle our current military command structure (grant would drink hegseth into a coma, Sherman would spend most of that time shrieking in horror at the existence of airplanes)

Stephen Miller: [30 days from now] Look, the president shits himself in most meetings. The president shits where he wants. You people in the media, you're so obsessed with who shit whose pants, and by the time you're done figuring it out, we'll be shitting in a thousand different pairs of pants.

Federico—damned autocorrect. To continue my reply:

Beyond that, and more broadly, it really just depends on which direction “beyond the general” you want to go.

In the vein of Frederick Campagna, Bifo would probably be a good place to start since Campagna, iirc, translated one of his works. He’s known for being an autonomist Marxist but there is a lot of overlap.

Both Deleuze and Guattari? Kafka. Just Deleuze? Is a toss-up between Difference and Repetition and Nietzsche.

Just reread Dark Deleuze over the last couple hours. Though deeply provocative, it is not a mere provocation. Do not let its brevity fool you. This is a serious scholarly work!

In 1659, the the Puritans in Massachusetts enacted a law that declared that Christmas was sacrilege and exchanging of gifts, greetings, and wearing fine clothing on that day was Satanic. Anyone caught celebrating was fined 5 shillings. (About 5 days wages.)

The "War on Christmas" was an inside job.

A photograph of a photoshopped book cover adapted from the book cover for philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche’s book, Beyond Good and Evil. At the center, Nietzsche is wearing a Santa hat. Instead of “Beyond Good and Evil,” the text reads “Beyond Naughty and Nice.”

Better late than never: Merry Christmas to those celebrating!

If you’re introducing to young children the ethical frameworks of deontology vs. consequentialism, then yes. I cannot figure out its utility in any other circumstance.
