1️⃣Treatment does not need to be either/or (use different approaches!)
2️⃣Pain and IBD is complex ↔️ use a multidisciplinary approach
3️⃣There are some promising nutraceuticals for gut repair
4️⃣Cannabis: ✔️symptoms but 🚫 disease remission
