StudentSurvey.ie and You. StudentSurvey.ie works with institutions across the country to collect students’ feedback on their experience. This helps institutions to identify areas of good practice and areas that may need improvement – ultimately allowing institutions to improve and enhance the student experience This module will introduce you to StudentSurvey.ie and how you can get involved in different aspects of the survey’s lifecycle – from promoting participation to helping analyse and communicate the results. This is a great opportunity to help your institution and influence the future experience of students in higher education!
Governance and Student Representation. This module will explore the concept of governance in Irish higher education, the importance of meaningful student representation and active membership, as well as tools and resources to support student representatives that can be implemented throughout your role. Although this module is aimed at students and Students’ Union officers, it would also be beneficial to institution staff to support and empower student representatives, and foster meaningful student-staff partnerships. NStEP developed a toolkit to support this module,which can be downloaded on the NStEP website.
