When it's clear cut like this, yes. It requires being persistent and firm though. Calling multiple times, escalating to managers, etc.

They took someone's paycheck, sent it to someone else, and are pretending there is nothing they can do. They can do plenty. They have the money to pay you. They admitted the mistake, make them articulate what their plan is to fix the mistake. Don't no or no plan as an answer.

I have, it took me 7 months, but I did win. In the short term you should be harassing patreon. They should be sending you the money difference and it should be /their/ job to work with SAT to correct the issue.

Either they should owe you money for their mistake (this is a giant company, not someone who just doesn't have the money) or the agency they paid owes you the money. Someone got overpaid. Don't take no for an answer. Keep calling different people and escalating up the chain.

Keep harassing them and escalating. It is not legal for them to take money that belongs to you.

Give the hands something to do and it will probably be fine
