I’m deeply saddened to learn of the death of Chief Warrant Officer 3 Robert M. Marzan of Sacramento, who was killed in the attack in Kuwait. My heart is with his family, loved ones, and fellow service members during this incredibly difficult time. Our community mourns this loss.
