Today’s the 6th anniversary of #Covid school closures & the beginning of mandatory lockdowns. Feels like it was yesterday as the world shifted as the pandemic settled in. Today I lament the precious souls who lost their lives, the families who lost loved ones & I pray for the heroes who’re helpers.

• Covid is still active and harming/killing people
• Masks are important to stay safe
• Repeat infections increase disability
• Covid may feel like a “common cold” but its long term impact on the brain, heart, lungs, blood, skin, eyes, gut, autonomic nervous system are anything but “common”
