We mourn the loss of the three American service members killed in the escalating conflict between the United States and Iran. We hold their loved ones in our hearts and honor their ultimate sacrifice. We are also thinking of those injured and praying for their full and speedy recovery.
The decision to bomb Iran raises serious concerns about proportionality, congressional authorization, and long-term strategy. The U.S. experience in Iraq and Afghanistan demonstrates that military force without a clear, achievable objective can spiral into decades of instability.
We honor the life and legacy of Jesse Jackson, a tireless champion for civil rights, economic justice, & political empowerment.
He reminded us to “keep hope alive”. This is not just as a slogan, but a call to action. We remember his courage, his faith, & his unwavering commitment to justice.
