Fascism is not inevitable.

As I approach 40 this week, I've been trying to exercise consistently the past few weeks. Light weights (15 lb dumbbells) + ellipticalevery other day. At least a 10-15 minute walk on in-between days. Finding the motivation isn't easy, but I know building the foundation now will pay off down the road

'A simple (perfect) life' - my spring landscape is finally finished! An apple orchard in bloom, old railway, sheep with their lambs and an allotment being prepared for growing :) Zoom in to see all the other tiny details too... I think this might be my favourite aerial embroidery I've ever done!
