Part of that funding should also go to fixing up the roads washed away in the several once in one hundred years storms that we've had the past decade.

Basically I'm saying go back to the 70's and 80's funding infrastructure to rebuild the economy, but do it in the name of defense.

One example is Europe was heavily reliant on Russia oil when they invaded Ukraine, they've spent the last 4 years frantically building up green energy to decouple themselves from it.

So this should be implemented, increase the defense force budget and get the army corps of engineers in.
