My therapist has been trying to get me back into drawing again so I can have more sense of self since I’ve been so highly dissociated these past few years. For a while it was difficult to draw any of the ideas from my head so I drew one of my penguin toys.

It’s a classic and one of my favorites! I felt like the ways they portray DID hits on a real level that shows just how confusing and distressing dissociative symptoms can be. A lot of shows focus specifically on alters and not much else, but I feel Lain displays the symptoms a lot of shows ignore!

Slowly but surely making some progress with my model. Finally finished the braids and the tail so it’s time to export and move it to blender and unity work. Thank goodness the VRoid part of the process is mostly over!
