speed round!

standing in the shower for a while before actually showering is thirsty but unable to get more water (seems insurmountable ) consumed by anxiety if i have to go somewhere later in the day or have a task that feels hard (only took 5 mins )

i've gotten better at noticing when a behavior is happening and i try my best to come up with ways to accommodate them. i've also been learning how to be kinder to myself

in the morning, i struggle to get out of bed. i lay there for at least 30 mins unthinking or overthinking ( has to poop, just get up)

and at night i struggle to go to bed on time, often because i hate brushing my teeth or, that i did get enough time during the day and i want to make up for it ( played acnh for 6+ hours )

my biggest issue is getting started on literally anything (even if it's fun!) and especially if i haven't done the thing in a while (hasn't drawn in weeks, draws for a living)

on the other hand, once i FINALLY get started, its SO HARD to take breaks ( hyper fixated for 8hrs straight, hasn't eaten)
