I like Las Cyfras y Letteras - the presenter is cute :-) (La2 weekdays) it's an easy to follow program based on the French version Chifres et Lettres I used to watch the french regularly. Disfruta la Tele :-)

There are also 3 video text magazines on channels A3S/Mega, La 1/2/TDP and FDF/Tele5 with news, weather and a TV guide.

If you get Spanish TV via satellite TDTSat (possibly terrestrial too) then most channels have English selectable audio and Spanish subtitles (closed captions) (for American films and TV series) via the TDTSat set top box.
