Yeah! In the past I’d only had a plain coffee machine at home, so when I heard that a Moka would let you make an espresso manually, I knew I had to give it a shot. Of the other methods you’ve listed though, do you think there’s any you’d recommend to a brewing newbie? (me)
it took me a couple tries but I made an espresso with my Moka pot! It’s so interesting how different tools bring out different flavors and textures from my beans - as long as I’m not burning it 😭

It sounds really good, but I'm suspecting that a small portion of the reason it sounds so exceptional is because of the media it's recorded on. The audio loss of tapes makes music sound a little "warmer," and it softens the edges of Eric's songs. It's nice.
