ive asked nicely. ive asked not so nicely. after the millionth time turning off the light, i put a note on the lamp saying "please turn off the light at the end of your shift".
tonight i walked in and saw that the note was gone and the light was turned on.

ive probably just done the most pettiest thing at my work and im pretty happy with myself.
basically i work with people who always leave their workstations a mess. whatevs, im not going to clean after them, but one thing i cant stand is people leaving their desk lamps on after they leave.
