Crikey. And nearly 30 years later, Bristol put 8 past you, didn't they? 25 years after that, nearly out of the league & another 25 years, look at you now.
There's a book telling the tale in the programmes at each stage of the story, you'd have have thought.
Nobody exemplified glorious late 70s hair like this gentleman.
I've just looked up how George looks now. Here's a lovely photo from last year.
You've 'popped a cap in his ass' with this one guys. Well done!
Yes. You'd think his brother's CV was probably a bit ropey.
Even if he is held up, he'll look pretty good in his Capri.
Please repost if you agree that the BBC has been undermining democracy and enabling foreign interference in our politics by promoting and protecting Farage.
There'd be no autocue, would there? Stupendous broadcaster.
Is this a Peacock too? It visited me last week.
Crackpots & Simpletons
And DC, beating Plymouth sees everyone off except Luton, who visit Bolton in their last match.
Crikey, he's a brave lad to sign given Yorkshire's injury record this season.
Interesting. The SS system offers are fewer points.
As I read it, 6pts for a win, 1 a draw and (really) a max (if you score 400 in 100ov) of 2bp for batting & 1 for bowling (if you get 10wkts).
So, in the SS the most for a win is 9pts & a draw 3 or 4, with %s!
In the CC, it's abt 21 & 12 or 13.
Usually, they would miss a game as Jonny couldn't play at Leeds. White & Richardson do miss next week...but Yorkshire just happens to have a free weekend!
It has to be time though. Sometimes the next game is 2 months away.
Meanwhile Joe & Harry are watching Escape to the Country & Pointless. Joking!
Andy, Northants would've got the max 24 points had they won. There is an incentive to win.
There is a case for reducing the points for a draw from 8 to 5 as it used to be, but a hard fought draw, such as Kent's at Canterbury, should be given credit for. England would do well to remember that.
"Right you lot, get a load of this...that's not me...it's the letter"
"And then some and then some"
A peacock (I rhink) taking advantage of the sunshine with me yesterday
Got mine too. DC is right. Look & feel are brilliant. Dare I say it - promotion material.
I'm waiting for your President to rename after himself the new moon crater that the astronauts have named to honour the passing of the mission cammander's wife.
He probably catches it himself, mind.
Maybe one of the Iranian sleeper cells we've been hearing about. I always thought there was something suspicious when the Wetherby Whaler took over the Harry Ramsden site.
I was just talking to a friend today about Dolly Parton's Imagination Library - new books every month, totally for free, for kids ages 1-5.
My son was part of the program - this is a copy of the letter that came with his last book, right after his 5th birthday.
It was entirely seamless too, Kev. Well done to the entire team and also to the players who helped us with some exciting cricket in arctic temperatures. There were last over finishes at the County Ground & Sophia Gardens and Sussex have already written off their points deduction. Great stuff.
Someone was mocking the consistency of Mrs Nish's Victoria Sponge in the baking competition.
Maybe even an asterisk, Janetto.

Of course you're right, old boy, but it's not making the tension any less.
We've now won 15 home games and seven of the last 11, going back to Blackpool in September, have been 1 nil. Would that we were capable of getting that second goal.
That wouldn't have been on my list. Maybe he'd be upset by unruly children with their toffee apples. Roger Hynd, whom we heard about the other day, would have to sort themselves out.
Claret and amberish poppies.
