/dev/nvme* sind generell M.2 NVMe SSD die auf dem Mainboard direkt stecken. Alles andere, USB Sticks, reguläre SSDs und HDDs sind mit /dev/sd(a-z)(0-9) gekennzeichnet.
Durch die geringe Auflösung gehlt da aber auch was an Infos die angezeigt werden, wie z.B. der Hersteller/Modell.

Linux und Windows dualboot mit Secure Boot ist leider nicht straight forward zu lösen.
Ein Punkt sollte davor dringend geprüft werden:
Ist Bitlocker (Festplattenverschlüsselung) unter Windows aktiviert.
Falls ja: Bevorzugt deaktivieren oder mindestens den Wiederherstellungsschlüssel speichern.

Das Problem ist unter Windows nicht unüblich. Falls sich da nichts geändert hat, sollte Balena Etcher den USB Stick trotzdem mit einem anderen Image beachreiben können.
