OMG I feel this so much. I’m also B1+/low B2 in my target language and it’s like…why can’t my mouth do the conjugation right? Why does that little grammar nuance trip me up? Why don’t know I know this slightly more accurate verb or emotion?? It’s like fluency teases us haha

Also a good time to remind people that both ME/CFS and Long Covid can cause non-HIV acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS)!

People need to remember that this funding originally came (at least in part!) because ME/CFS was considered connected to AIDS, as that was the first major severe post-viral illness to gain major advocacy efforts! But when they realized it only disabled and didn’t have 1 viral cause, they dropped it

These identical twins were orphaned in France after being taken by missionaries from the DR Congo. They have a messy story of codependence, as Nzuzi works hard to take care of his blind brother…and Nsimba struggles to find his place.
