Get a sourdough starter goin! Buy or “borrow” yeast once, mix it in a jar with flour and water till it’s sour. Leave it on the counter a few days, — once it smells good, throw it in the fridge and bring it out once a week to use and feed it flour, you’ll have ♾️ Infinity Yeast ♾️
