You can’t get rid of me

Tweetdelete worked for me. I downloaded my archive first, used Sky Follower Bridge for accounts I want to stay in touch with, then activated TweetDelete. It took 2 weeks-ish but they’re all gone. Once done, deleted my Twitter.
