I do so appreciate that the ending author's note on Sebastian's sources and inspirations was included in the audiobook! That's something a lot of audiobooks miss out on and I enjoyed getting that extra context.

I do wonder if my enjoyment was affected by the reader's narration style. He was doing a transatlantic accent of sorts which fit for the setting but it was kind of distracting. If I read Sebastian's other books I'll try them out as physical or ebooks rather than audio.
