Making a hay roof material + mesh set up was something that was more challenging than I expected! There was a lot of experimentation that went into this, which eventually lead to the final chunky roofs I made for the houses. The final result is a lot more optimized than in the first screenshots.

Now that we have video on here, I can share the progress videos of the work I did on the VALORANT map Abyss! 🧵
