LEC summer kicks off today! I'm stoked for it but also super anxious. I've done a lot of different things this year and it has made me feel pretty spread thin.

Today I'm going to smash it and hopefully we can all enjoy the show together

Looks like a mix of extensor/flexor tendinopathy (tennis/golfers elbow). There will be tonnes of rehab guides online for stretches. Usually treatment is : Rest, Ice, Rehab. You can add in an elbow brace too, but your doctor should cover it all!
