I bet it was extremely tough and that you are an exception. I love my job. It’s rather exhausting /draining & I get injured regularly, as I work with very young children. But I still wouldn’t move sector. It’s the best tbh

I think it’s really important to share that experience with others. And of course the care experience need not define you, but it will have been a part of creating who you are now and how you are now. My SEMH work to me is the most important work I can do, honestly & I love it.
