Me and my partner’s haul from @sequential-scot.bsky.social! Had a fantastic time and looking forward to next year, I’m a little biased as my good friend is the organiser but easily the best run and friendliest convention I’ve been to

It was so nice to see you there and to catch up again even briefly! ✨

Really enjoying seeing everyone so hyped about @sequential-scot.bsky.social. In this landscape launching a new comics-led convention is incredibly hard - bordering on masochism - so seeing it succeed like this is a tonic.

@sequential-scot.bsky.social was like woah! You could feel that this was about the art and the artists. It was about the people and the community and the power of indie comics. It was amazing to meet so many people I’ve been in the orbit of and I’m so glad that this happened.

We're delighted to see the enthusiasm for Sequential Scotland today! If you want another Scottish indie-creator focused event, check out TAGS Fest on Oct 25/26 in Edinburgh for even more comic and TTRPG work!

There is so much talent!!! You’re all so amazing!!! Aaaaaa!!!

Things like @sequential-scot.bsky.social and @tagsfest.co.uk are what we’ve needed in Scotland — And to see them flourish and do so well is such a confident boost for the indie comics community. You could really feel good vibes in everyone that was tabling today at Sequential, it was so positive! ✨
