Feels good now to be back in therapy after a year since my insurance wasn’t covering for my sessions but now that’s all updated I’m back in the game, also on new meds and I’m feeling like I can focus more and take on the world. Just taking it a day at a time that’s all it takes ❤️

Been there each day
