I shouldnt need to watch asmr every night in order to sleep but here we are. Relied on it so much over the past couple years that now if I just go to sleep like a normal human being it I see it as rawdogging my sleep 😭

If they take you setting a boundary personally, if they view it as an attack or an unfair burden on them-- that's a "them" issue. Don't let them leverage shame & self-doubt to make it a "you" issue.

Safe relationships have boundaries-- & safe people are fine with that.

Honestly no, i went to prom & it really sucked, but that's also because of the guy i went with, my social anxiety, and the absolutely ATROCIOUS makeup & hairstyle i had 😭😭
