Maybe women in Ohio will protest and go braless but yeah, it’s garbage to still make women responsible be it protest or policing their clothes.

Of course it’s Ohio
A photograph of several tulips with their petals open. The two in the front are showing inside the blooms. The petals are yellow with red streaks of varying width so as to give an orange impression to the flowers.
A close up photograph of a tulip in bloom, described in more detail in the previous photograph. The red gets more pronounced treats the centre of the flower, solid red at the base of the petals.
A close photograph of some very young radish sprouts, growing in a crooked line across some soil flecked with organic debris and white specks of perlite.
Tulips are finally open and showing off their insides. Nice to see! And a bonus pic of radish sprouts because I’m very excited to get the food garden going. 🌱
Saaame! 😆
YES!
Virginia voters decided and it’s Yes for congressional redistricting.
Celebrate the small win.
Next wait on “The state Supreme Court is considering whether the plan is illegal in a case that could make the referendum results meaningless.”

I would submit that a gerrymander by politicians saying fuck the voters and one by voters saying fuck the politicians are two wholly different animals
"should we really resort to playing dirty to defeat the nazis i–"

Virginia Senate President Pro Tempore L. Louise Lucas: “You all started it, and we f—ing finished it”
The Associated Press is reporting that the Virginia Redistricting Referendum has passed!
Virginians land yet another blow to Donald Trump’s attempts to maintain power over Congress.
One winner: Virginia State Senator & dedicated poster L. Louise Lucas, who spearheaded the “10-1!” push
Tragic because mango is so delicious
Yeah gerrymandering happens often but as we know nothing is usual now.

most gerrymanders are republican legislators saying fuck the voters
these ones are the voters saying fuck republican legislators
So much false equivalence in media on gerrymandering in Texas vs California & Virginia. California and Virginia maps approved by the voters. That's a huge difference not enough people pointing out
Hagel acting like he's Mike Tyson or something... Even though he ate 10 punches to get one good shot lol

That’s definitely personal style. The one on the left goes, and so does the one on the right but not as subtle.
If you’re curious about the Virginia vote for redistricting, PBS is updating results as they come in

Photos aren’t loading and seeing three mutuals tagging support.
We’ll see if this even goes through.
Time for a break!
Maybe it's just me but I don't think Jeffrey Epstein's clients should be the ones to decide if Jeffrey Epstein's clients should be prosecuted.
Oh wow like that combo
Been curious but hard to justify the counter space so very interested in how it works out for you
LET’S GET FREE!
Here’s how we’re mobilizing 74 MILLION Equality Voters nationwide this fall: hrc.im/getfree
Polls close in Virginia in an hour, at 7pm ET, and the result could all but decide the fate of four US House seats in November.
And then tomorrow, at 10am ET, the Supreme Court could issue new opinions, and as you know if reading this we’re waiting for what the conservative justices do to the VRA.
Nice!
Awww that looks so good
Yeah, escaping DV is expensive but true, all new/different internet connected devices.
The thing about DDOS attacks is that the bad actor conducting them is going after you because they can not because they have some other motivation. They may just be kicking the tires of a new capabilities or bored. So to them it’s not “a funny waste of resources”.
2. Every few months, I publish a national risk assessment for transgender youth and adults when it comes to legal threats. This particular update is a large one, with a new way of scoring risk for trans youth given the changing environment, and with major updates for adults.
Adult Anti-Trans Legal Risk Assessment Map of the United States. Florida, Kansas, and Texas are marked "Do Not Travel" with dark crosshatched shading. Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming are dark red for "Worst Laws Passed." Georgia, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Montana, and South Carolina are orange for "High Risk Within 2 Years." Alaska, Kentucky, and North Carolina are salmon/pink for "Moderate Risk Within 2 Years." Arizona, Delaware, Maine, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Wisconsin, and DC are light blue for "Low Risk Within 2 Years." California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington are teal for "Safest States With Strong Protections."
Youth Anti-Trans Legal Risk Assessment Map of the United States. Florida, Kansas, and Texas are marked "Do Not Travel" with dark crosshatched shading. The majority of states are dark red for "Worst Active Anti-trans Laws." Montana, Nebraska, Alaska, and several others are orange for "High Risk Within 2 Years." States including California, Colorado, New York, and other previously protective states are now light peach for "Moderate Risk Within 2 Years," reflecting the update that no state is considered low risk for transgender youth. No states appear in low-risk or protective categories.
1. My newest Anti-Trans Legal Risk Map is here.
For trans adults, Kansas is the newest "Do Not Travel" warning, only the 3rd state to achieve that warning.
For youth, a change to the map increases risk to Medium in many states.
Nationwide risk remains extreme.
