13 parents in two groups took part in this first pilot study. Encouraging findings indicate that practitioners were able to deliver START to a high quality whilst making adaptations to support individual families’ needs. Parents reported finding the sessions useful and enjoyable.

START aims to support toddlers to develop strong attention, regulation and thinking skills. The 12-week parent-toddler programme was developed by in collaboration with the Peeple charity and a fantastic panel of parents to make sure it is inclusive, supportive and enjoyable.
