Kara's entire face turned red at that and she found herself ducking. "I mean...maybe not the toilets...I don't um...wanna have to be quiet..." she said that last part quickly. "But maybe we should get the check and um...head back to um...my place?"

Kara grinned happily and leaned in closer. "Of course I'm flirting with you! We're on a date, right? Aren't we supposed to flirt?" Kara was half joking around half actually checking; Despite having lived on earth for over 10 years sometimes social concepts still flew over her head.

Kara's hand spun around to catch Grace's, blushing a little as she smiled, free hand fiddling with her glasses. "Aw, that's...I like you too." She picked up a potsticker with her chopsticks and said, a little quickly, "and I think you're really hot too."

Kara's cheeks puffed up in annoyance. "I am not a dork I just..." she trailed off and wound up grinning sheepishly. Okay, rambling about how much she liked Wizard of Oz on a first date was kind of dorky. "Shut up," she finally said with a giggle.

Kara lifted up into the air and then paused. "I'll give you a bit of a head start. Go on, I'll be right behind you."

Kara could fly to Ireland in under 45 minutes, she was in no danger of losing this one.

"Alright," Kara said floating in and holding out her hand, ready to arm wrestle. "I'll try to be careful."

You hibernate? That's so cool, I wish I could hibernate sometimes.

What? Nope, pffffft, not weak or vulnerable at all, as strong as I ever am really.

"Alright, lead the way," Kara said floating into the air. "I'll try to keep it slow so I don't get ahead of you."

Okay now Kara was clearly just teasing her.

"Oh Rao, I'm always down for something to eat. Do you know a good chinese place around here? I would literally fight the Daxamites again for some potstickers right now!"

Kara's powers ate up a LOT of calories, so the kryptonian was basically always hungry.

One of Kara's main selling points was her charming obliviousness. "I mean, when I say I'm really strong, I mean I once lifted a city sized prison and flew it off the planet so maybe no arm wrestling. We could just split the cost of drinks!"

"Uh I'm like, insanely strong, I can move at super speed, I can see through walls, I can shoot lasers from my eyes..." Kara said, raising her fingers with her count...and then stopped when she felt like she was bragging.

"Oh well, watching or uh...participating, I'm sure I can handle the others."

"Well I'm on the other side of the world so uh...

I should be there in half an hour."

Aw, we're going to have to get to know each other better so we can get those affection and friendship levels up.

"Oh uh, it's got something to do with the sun's radiation here, it gives me super powers." She paused. "I actually never totally understood how it works, but I can fly, among other things."

"Oh that actually looks...really nice, honestly."

"N-nothing, I just...didn't want to assume."

"Huh. That's neat. I guess all your powers are spider related? I mean, I assumed they were spider related, otherwise why would you choose the costume and go with the web thing as your main inventions, not a lot of people would choose spiders as their mascot without prompting."
