It's been all over the news for the last month but I've been avoiding the news for obvious reasons (everything is awful). I just found out today. I wasn't super close to him but he was my brother. It sounds like his death was extremely violent and I would never want that for anyone. This sucks.

I don't know how to post about this but I just found out my brother died in some kind of awful way & I fundamentally don't understand why human life isn't valued more. I just ordered 2 cakes for delivery because it feels like the right number of cakes to cope with this. I wish the world was kinder.
