Got some answers from a healthcare worker at a local clinic. The answers weren’t happy ones but at least the issues are now identified.

It sure doesn’t seem that long ago to me.
Thank you.

A raccoon stopped by to keep me company while I sat outside this morning.
Free use St. George and the Dragon in the style of Chroniques de France ou de St. Denis (1380-1400) that I drew. You can use it for anything!
During my early years in the military when I underwent leadership training we were asked if it was better to be feared or respected. Of course, the answer, for long term success, is respected. Fear will get you short term results so you'll find yourself having to constantly terrorize those you lead
My health has been rapidly declining all month and I honestly didn’t expect to live through the weekend. This morning my chest pains lessened, my breathing improved a bit and I was able to sleep for a few hours.
Now a friend called to say he is coming out to help get me to a doctor tomorrow.
That is excellent news!
Thank you to all the incredibly brave soldiers, sailors, and airmen who, not so long ago, gave so much to rid the world of Fascism and Tyranny. Let us not drop the baton, lest their sacrifices be in vain. Image as viewed from a Higgins boat as soldiers disembark under fire into the waist-deep water at Omaha Beach on D-Day.

Heartbreaking. I’m sorry, bud.
We should call this Small D- day.
Ooooh, that’s beautiful!
Be kind, always. 🙂 The truth is, none of us really know how much someone else is hurting. We could be standing right beside someone who is completely broken and have no idea. #ChooseKindness

This heavy helm, weighing over 20 pounds, was completely impractical in battle but ideal for the joust. In order to be secured, the helm had a hinged steel strap that bolted to the front of the breastplate. Its deep, “frog-shaped” front, up to a half-inch thick, was designed to deflect a steel-headed lance. Inside was thick quilted padding with bands to secure the head from whiplash. The deep gouges around the throat and top of the helm bear witness to the force of the encounter. George F. Harding Collection

Hung out with a bunch of friends. We told funny stories and exchanged a few that tugged at the heartstrings. One of the best nights I’ve had in years.
I just sneezed so hard that I can smell the 1970s.
Lol!
Pretty cat!
"There's a reason you separate military and the police. One fights the enemies of the state, the other serves and protects the people. When the military becomes both, then the enemies of the state tend to become the people."
- Commander William Adama, Battlestar Galactica
I have been having really bad chest pains so I booked a hotel room to get some proper rest, then this happens.
Well deserved. You’re a good man, Mr. Edwards.
Dreamt last night that I went on a hike in the woods with Jennifer Connelly. We explored all day and had a picnic near a beautiful pond. I wish I had more dreams like this.
