April fools spiders on the softball team’s pizza

And then I needed to come up with a short concept and ohhhhh did I just fall in love with what I wrote. I had a rough day yesterday, but the muses are KIND today

Okay, I lost a lot of time yesterday responding to massive slander happening on other platforms. I am tired, I am sad. But I have books to write, and I have to work today. Please send me good energy.

The fact that people are coming after Amanda and the other writers on this panel because the person advertising the panel made a BAD choice is some BS and needs to stop now. NONE of the panelists condone AI art, and they were all handling this situation before the TikToc mob descended.

The moderator is the one who makes a flier for a con panel. In this case, panelists withdrew from the panel as soon as they clocked the AI use. Blaming the panelists sucks and is counter-productive. Place blame where it belongs, and not on people who share your hatred of AI and did the right thing.

I will no longer be appearing on the panel at Wonder Con due to AI use in the flyer promoting the panel. To be clear AI “art” (it’s theft it cannot be art) has no place in comics. Anyone implying I had any part of the creation of the flyer is incorrect.
