I love my ADHD brain for many reasons but working round and round an issue for ages thinking the puzzle will somehow become clear and getting inreasingly frustrated is not the best.

Turns out that if you spend 2 days trying to work out what the problem is on a project and end up feeling grumpy and frustrated about yourself and in general, the best way to discover you are blocked is by talking to someone who says "it sounds like you're blocked" then you know you're blocked. 🤦‍♀️
