Also if you give lots of treats you need to cut back on their food. My dogs get a lot of treats so I cut back on their food pretty often. it is your job as their guardian to make sure they live as pain-free a life as you can give them. they cannot consent to being over fed

if you cannot feel a dog’s ribs by gentle pressing on their side they are overweight and this causes so many physical issues in dogs. Just measure their food. I feed my dogs from measuring cups that are the right size for their size

YES it's called Merlin! It's sooooo good. It's incredibly useful and fun. It is the only technology I feel like taking into the woods. Definitely try it out!!

Flea found this interesting little animal resting in a tree by the river! They're probably on their way to Cape May where they breed, or also it's possible they're breeding more inland since apparently they've been doing that more recently. I'll def keep an eye out for them going forward.
