The examples in this thread are months to years old, nothing too recent has happened other than me contemplating over it, and undoing bad internalizations taught to me by ex-friends.

It sucks being the reason your friends can't do something, it, it sucks being excluded over it. Too often have I apologized, as if it's my own fault that I have nerve damage, allergies or trauma. Internalizing that I'm a burden for it.

It's so easy to do, and it absolutely ruins your own self-worth

It's kinda crazy how even small disabilities, will lead you to being fully excluded from trips and events
