XMA's bar is for the most part on the ground but bodies showing up first in searches is very convenient when that's explicitly what I'm looking for vs like.... Finding the body 22 pages in, I'm finding myself cross referencing which is another layer of frustration because I still have to access XMA-
I have reevaluated my anger, but I still think navigating Heliosphere is ass and really do wish it were easier to find things/search options were more robust without me having to memorize Authors/Tags/etc of every individual mod.
I simply don't have the patience to deal with layers on layers on search refining within the Bodies or Clothes tab to find the few things I actually want, man. I hate fuckin' XIVMA and the people who run it as much as the next guy but jesus christ I can navigate that site without a doctorate.

It has nothing to do with elitists or level capping or even design anymore. That's why builds from like 4 years ago are still the top builds for lots of frames despite how we mod frames changing substantially in that time frame.
Okay so the actual reason Valkyr is down in B-rank is because Overframe doesn't adjust for reworks or new votes. Valkyr was, at one point, a not good Warframe due to some jank so the community voted for her at B. This is her historical ranking. It will never update because people don't vote anymore.
