A typewritten note that reads "forbidden" colored with watercolor to resemble the bluesky error message from today

post the best picture you have ever taken of your pet (if you feel like it):
I always hankered after a refrag utility. Splatter those blocks randomly around the platter.
A beautiful black kitten is loafed on a multicoloured rug. Her orange eyes are open and looking just past the camera. Her left "arm" is extended towards the camera and the perspective makes it look freakishly long.
CRYPTID ALERT
"I hate this clacky thing" -- my wife, using the home office that I usually use for WFH.
Reclining black and white cat with amazing triangular nose markings.
A black and white cat reckoning on a cat shelf, seen from underneath. All four paws and his/her tail are visible from below. The rail is a COVID trap colour which provides an almost Wes Anderson feel to the scene.
A gorgeous tortie kitten is reclining and being stroked behind her ear. Not visible in the picture are the loud purrs.
A Calico and white kitten with a huge floofy tail is looking off-camera to locate some mischief. Her whiskers are white and prodigious.
Some stunners from #AthensCatCafe earlier.
So cute. She would so get scooped.
A black kitten with wide orange eyes on top of a door. She looks scary, but in fact she is my sweet little baby Minnie (Government name: Minerva)
The cover of Adrian Tchaikovsky's book "Eyes of the Void"
I have an alternative cover, but only if you want it to be scarier @aptshadow.bsky.social
Underrated comment!
Email, as a feed in your Usenet reader, what's not to like!
Gnus!
Sounds fair. Also, how about you give some basis for your "facile populism" speculation.
Detail of an embroidered 17/18th century bed valance. The blocky embroidery in red greens and blues resembles 8-bit computer graphics off the 1980s
17/18th century Cycladic bed valance or state of the art 1980s 8-bit computer game graphics?
Maybe let them take a half point bye so they can go for beers and a curry on Saturday evening if they prefer.
the shower
Oh yes, I was very amused to see bars offering growlers to take home when I worked in Pittsburgh.
I'm assuming "goolies" does not mean the same in US English as it does in British English!
That's amazing!
"I didn't 'reach out' on account of not being a member of The Four Tops. I did, however, email you about your flagrant plagiarism."
Maybe it's a hole can of worms.
I was a bit underwhelmed earlier on in the year when it was just snowdrops and some yellow mini crocuses, but it's developing nicely as the year progresses.
There should be more stuff coming through in the rest of March and April too.
A garden lawn in partial sunshine. The grass is longish, because the lawn has been planted with assorted flower bulbs. Some of the bulbs are now in bloom including white crocuses, blue and white grape hyacinths, blue scyllas, purple and pale blue irises and one or two burgundy and yellow mini tulips.
Lawn bulbs are up!
That painful day last year we spent on our knees planting them has paid off nicely.
Lovely. Really good melted in a Breton galette.
Dang - whenever friends have said similar in the past it's pretty much /always/ been Morbier! ๐
Morbier?
Only 5. Includes one Matthew and one Mat.
This a CAT checkpoint. Show me the most recent cat image on your phone.
So CAT!
Bit old-school, but I've used yacc loads but never to make a compiler.
Came here to say exactly this!
