I hear you! I was a very sensitive kid during the Cold War with parents who were news junkies, so I was really aware of, and terrified about, the possibility of nuclear war. The past decade of Trump has brought all of those fears (and memories) back!!

I could feel the vibes right thru my screen.

I had nightmares for years from the Duck & Cover film & drills.

I'm flashing on being in 2nd grade in a Catholic schoolyard during the Cuban Missile Crisis the day before Black Saturday in 1962.

Not knowing if we'd live thru the weekend. After having that talk with my mother and father the night before.

I'd forgotten the trauma.
