Deshalb wird ja auch problematisiert, daß er frei herumläuft und in den ICE gelangte.
Aber vorsorgliche Beseitigung der Bewegungsfreiheit geht nicht;
Unterbindungsgewahrsam allenfalls erst, wenn die Tat unmittelbar bevorsteht.
Gerne können wir diskutieren, wie bei den schweigenden CDU IM und CDU MP reale und effektive Prävention gegen Attentate von Rechts aussehen könnte, ohne auf irreale und verfassungswidrige Extremideen zu verfallen.

Wer dann insinuiert, dies abzulehnen führe zu 'komplett garnichts tun', baut einen Strohmann. Deutlich verlangt ist hier vielseitige Prävention statt sinnloser Empörung über das freie Herumlaufen von Rechtsextremen.
Welche Frage? Es ging um die Behauptung, daß er deshalb frei herumlaufen konnte, weil er nur ein Rechtsextremer ist.
Das ist keine Frage, sondern eine nicht insinuierende Behauptung von Kausalität.

Wichtig ist mir nur, daß die C19 Entwicklung noch nie dauerhaft an innereuropäischen Grenzen halt machte. Deshalb ist die Entwicklung in D mE stets nur im europäischen Kontext zu verstehen.
