yeah a little LOL not like dripping wet but more damp. basically that type of touch screen works with the electric signals in ur fingers so the water/wetness transmits that as long as u are also touching a bit of the wet part of the qtip haha. it does get soggy eventually and harder to draw with LOL

if ur talking about those black rubber ones that u can find in packs of 10 for like $5 then yeah it’ll work. i’ve used a wet q-tip to draw my miis LMAO
