The live electronic room tomorrow night in Peterborough
Planning to go live this afternoon to walk through my setup for tomorrow's live set in Peterborough (7PM at Watson & Lou as part of The Deep End, taking over the main strip)

Excited to be the opening act for this electronic takeover of Peterborough on Saturday (April 18). I'll be playing at Watson & Lou after 7PM
I have a confession to make. Do you think I can keep it self-contained?

Technical difficulties, so we're starting at 4:30PM EST instead https://

Doing another livestream at 4PM as I finish building and hopefully testing my first modular synth (the Workshop System by Music Thing Modular). Something tells me we're about go to down a rabbit hole
I think I fooled a few people with the start of this video trying out the 3-channel looper firmware for the Simple Touch 2 youtu.be/LYOhUKl5AO0
Excited to be playing a set in Peterborough on April 18 as part of a multi-venue event on Water Street. Been a while since I got out on the road. More details TBA
Hey thanks. Trying out this new Mystery Gear series (I have a friend with a lot of fun toys he wants to lend)
The best kind!
Oh wow. That's a wonderful idea. I threw it some found sounds/samples for similar texture, but this is a whole other level (I do have to give this one back though, so I have to be a bit more careful. Ha)
Trying out a new Mystery Gear series where I have no idea what’s in the box (lent by a friend), then learn it and decide if it’s actually something I would want.
You could say this one resonated with me, so to speak: youtu.be/LjiG0yG3A4M
I will certainly do my best! Fingers crossed I can make it work
Thanks! I still have to build my regular Audrey kit as well. Hoping to add an audio input to that one too, but we'll see
Been having too much fun running pretty much everything through the mini Audrey II feedback synth (one of the firmware options for the Simple Touch kit I built last week). Addictive controlled destruction that sounds great on guitar youtu.be/l41w2Un2k3M
Thanks! More to come
Oh wow, passed 4,000 subscribers on Youtube at some point last night. I appreciate everyone who takes the time for my weird jams or niche tutorials!
Another one of those instances where I think I've come up with a lovely chord progression and it's just a different part of the Jurassic Park theme
Oh great! I'm no expert, but hopefully it's helpful and/or interesting
Going to try my first attempt at a live stream today at 3:30 PM EST as I build a synth kit (Synthux Simple Touch 2). Fingers crossed! www.youtube.com/live/mNJlVwq...
Had fun using a MIDI pickup to play a different Deluge synth on each guitar string. Can be chaotic, but surprisingly playable with the right synth choices

Big music weekend as there are 450 songs to listen to for the #RPMchallenge listening party! So much inspiring music rpmchallenge.com/en/listening...
Another #BandcampFriday just after I added 2 more songs to this noisy folk collection (hopefully 1 more to come). Up to 10 now! patientwhales.bandcamp.com
My Bandcamp cart is very overstuffed after #RPMchallenge, so today could be expensive, but there's always so much great new music in March #BandcampFriday
Had fun seeing what I could make with nothing but white noise fed into the Chase Bliss Lost + Found pedal. A new series, maybe?

And this one came together last week for this Year's #RPMchallenge. Seemed like a fitting album closer (though I still want to sneak one more track before it at some point soon). Another wistful, folky ditty that devolves into layers of ambience patientwhales.bandcamp.com/track/nowher...
Two more tracks added to the (still-growing) Patient Whales collection on Bandcamp. This one was written eons ago and initially performed live as Dog Is Blue with my wife, but I finally recorded it solo. The screamed backups for super fun to record patientwhales.bandcamp.com/track/back-t...
Feeling good about 2 more Patient Whales tunes I'm finishing up for this year's #RPMchallenge, then I hope to add 1 more song next month and call that album finished. The next goal would be to try and merge some of that folkiness into the Bay Mud synthiness and see what happens
