I for one love that we artists now have to, at any given time, be able to show proof that we’re human and disclose our exact process and even provide layered original files in this tribunal of the arts. Makes me really appreciate what AI is doing for our industry.

There is no mid point when talking about the wizard terf. Either you support her with your words, or silence, or you stand against her bigoted view. She wrote some books, yes, but now she is literally funding harmful politics against the trans community and weaponizing her platform against them.
In short it has a lot of your standard fair fantasy RPG trappings, is focused on tactical combat and is a bit of a love letter to Fire Emblem in that sense. Theme/setting is leaning way more heavily towards dark fantasy, complete with an oppressive church and all that jazz

The idea that it will be presentable to anyone (except fellow devs) just doesn't enter into it. It's whatever you need it to be to get the concept down.

This, however, is not the same thing as simply spending the money on things we would feel good about but never know happened. People need to be able to see it.
To me it is absolutely not a descriptor of the monetization model. It's a model for the product's expected life span, update cycle, and cultural relevancy.
It can include paid DLC, mtx, expansions, or none of them. Just a promise of life after release, usually for multiplayer/"always online" only

I don't know who needs to hear this, but there's no amount of capability that justifies being an awful human. The bar for being a decent human is already pretty low. If you can't clear that, I don't care how capable you are. I can certainly find someone *nearly* as capable who isn't a shitbag.
