Whenever I end up watching a heavily negative critique or takedown video it feels like it's always: here we are mentioning an actual valid problematic thing. And here's me spending just as much time on these small nothing burgers with zero nuance treating them just as bad.

Almost every topic lately I find myself going yes, but also there's a more balanced and nuance take here. And I still think that's true for most things. But, I'm kinda starting to annoy myself. I can't imagine how annoying I am to everyone else.

It's so wild to me when find out someone you know perceives you in such a completely different way than you perceive yourself. One of my old co-workers told me today that she was jealous because I was so much more confident and outgoing than she was. Like what? This is news to me.

I didn't even realize the wrote usually fast because I found it with all the current chapter up already. I was just clocking sentences that made no sense, repetitive ramblings, and constantly going "this was never about blank, this about blank". 2/2

I am never one to witch hunt AI works, but man some of these really are too obvious. I just found a fanfic that had so many glaring AI tells and the final chapter was the author saying they are tired of the AI accusations and stepping away from the fic and an excuse as to why they wrote so fast. 1/2

I had my artist friend look over the portfolios people sent me and she was like yeah, this person isn't real, this person might be real but they took art from this person. And by the end I was like everyone?? 😭

I feel like it's safe to say this now without getting myself into unnecessary drama because most of these people have deleted. But, most (not all) of the people who responded to commission inquiry turned out to bots and art thiefs. Be careful out there.

Small town. It's set in Canada. So lots of forest, lakes, cryptids, ghosts and the like.

I would yes. I want the world to be open ended for us to add locations as needed, but I do want main locations that will be part of the mysteries included.

My one character I kind of got a satisfying enough conclusion for her was a pbp for monsterhearts 2 run by my best friend and he took a few breaks without knowing that we were ever going to come back to the game so. I lucked out that we just continued it eventually and she got her arc.

Yes, sometimes I do try. But it's not the same. Especially if I'm playing like monster of the week and I have histories and relationships built in and then it just feels a different character when in one game I had an aunt and the other one the aunts gone.

Man, I really to this so hard. So many of games both pbp and not I never got to have satisfying resolutions for my characters. And sometimes it feels like a waste cuz dang the concepts were good.
