Another Char Kway Teow, this one was made with Mussels and Chinese sausage. Some Char Siu pork on noodles was very tasty, and one of my favourite desserts in Singapore was this cheese soft serve
The food at the Hawker markets in Singapore was just as good as I'd expected. Amazing satay, delicious Char Kway Teow (my favourite dish in the world) and lots of curry puffs, my favourite one was filled with Sardine curry
The botanical Garden in Singapore was stunning and absolutely worth a visit
Singapore Marina Bay Gardens and the Cloud Gardens were beautiful

Anyway, great flight on BA11 from London to Singapore last week with British Airways. Food was excellent, especially loved the Red Nose Day dessert of white chocolate mousse

Hello, Tinned fish market are the best for ordering online. If it's a treat tin I'd reccomend ABC+, the Trout is relish and Mackerel in curry sauce are both great. Los Pepretes are all incredible too (I'd recommend the seabass in Salsa Verde and the tuna in butter)

Delicious Southern Thai cooking at Kolae by Borough Market. Mussels on skewers the highlight for me, also loved the house made pickles. Their signature chicken skewer was delicious, worked perfectly with a refreshing mango & cucumber salad with dried shrimp. Pickled mango dirty martinis for the win.
