A new interview with Tomoko M. Banks has released before Lungbarrow by Loomlight's release on April 23rd!
Can't believe I live with a literal best-selling Dr. Who author
Cwej: Lungbarrow by Loomlight is #1 in the "Doctor Who books" category on Amazon! Thank you all for your wonderful support, it means the world to us. Spread the word, and we might even be #1 in other categories!
I'm so so proud of Tomoko - but I'm not gonna lie - it's very funny that the line I petitioned for inclusion yonks ago up until the last possible moment and she (understandably) rejected every time has now been published before the book itself #RomaineLettuce
Cover for Cwej: Lungbarrow by Loomlight by Tomoko M. Banks showing a dragon shaped house in the sky over a mansion.
The ebook for CWEJ: Lungbarrow by Loomlight is now available for preorder on Amazon and Barnes and Noble!

Imagine getting your news through WatchMojo
The curse of being a Dr. Who fan who both cares about the behind-the-scenes production side of things while also being invested in the worldbuilding/expanded universe of it all is a harsh one indeed
I do the total opposite and many people find it weird, especially knowing the amount of followers I have on Twitter
But lately I just focus on where I can stay to chill, to just be "simple",no pressure
They wish I could be more active there but I just don't want?
Crazy maybe but that's me¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Lungbarrow by Loomlight, coming 23 April.

Cwej is in for a wild ride through the Canvas of Time in hot pursuit of the Other. Why not join him?
Chris Cwej’s reality as he knows it will lose its scaffolding. It comes as no surprise. After all, the House always wins…
CWEJ: LUNGBARROW BY LOOMLIGHT by Tomoko M. Banks looms ever-closer!
It's Saturday teatime in 1997 all over again...
Buzz Cola From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference Homer Simpson once held a can of Buzz Cola. (WC: Endless Awesome) The description of the photo reads: Homer Simpson holding a can of Buzz Cola. (WC: Endless Awesome)
I have a new favourite TARDIS Wiki page
McCoy Blu Rays should have an 'as broadcast' option that's the appropriate Coronation Street episode with a commentary of your family saying 'you're taping it, what's the problem, watch it tomorrow', then after a few minutes it switches to a scan of DWB saying JNT is a murderer, then some comics.
Discord is ass
dude never talk about video games on twitter that place is full of chuds and they Will come at you spouting bad opinions
We didn't deserve this day.
I love the fact that the Spar is continually being compared to (and fulfilling the narrative role of) the TARDIS. It's interesting when you consider that Nation was very deliberately writing this to be further in the future than any previous Dr. Who story, and thus closer to Dr. Who's home time
Also, the way the Dalek Supreme backs away when he realises there's an alien beside him? Brilliant stuff
A screenshot of The Dalek's Master Plan. Dr. Who and Steven are standing over a console in the Spar. Dr. Who is saying "Yes. Bet, can you find me something to play magnetic tape, hmm?"
Bret has joined Dr. Who and Steven. He says "Yes, Doctor. Here."
A close-up of a tape deck being removed from the console. Dr. Who says "Well, my dear fellow, that's magnificent."
Dr. Who has his hands spread in joy, and says "Oh, it's all so convenient, isn't it?"
Love that Mavic Chen's Space Car has a removable tape deck just like a real car
Replaying Mother 3 but not sure I can connect with the setting. A bunch of fascist pig thugs ruled by a narcissistic manchild take over a society which is too spiritually poisoned by love of money to offer any meaningful resistance. I mean nothing like that could ever happen in real life
realized the English version wasn't here, so here it is! 👍✨
Twitter Doctor Who fandom: warring tribes, sinews strained to find new hot takes against certain writers, slightly better informed than Reddit
Bluesky Doctor Who fandom: quick, someone has asked how many male nipples were seen between 1965 - 1985, our time has come at last.
That chess ban, too.
All cis women and feminists should cheer on trans & enby & intersex folks, and it's crazy that they don't. Just by being themselves, they disrupt the system that says There Are Exactly Two Kinds Of Human Beings And One Of Them Should Get In The Kitchen And Make Me A Sandwich.
We finally got the "D" everyone congratulations
A prisoner on Desperus with a massive 'D' on his back.
Haven't said much about Master Plan (everyone else is saying everything for me), so because I haven't seen anyone mention it yet one of my favourite new details is the "D" on the back of all the Desperus prisoners' uniforms
An example of Douglas Camfield's attention to detail, in 1965 writing quite a tall order for avant-garde composer Tristram Cary. It includes one of the earliest character sketches of Katarina. Also a nice early instance of the serial's overarching title. #DoctorWho
16. INT. CHEN'S OFFICE, DAY (WE OPEN ON A 3-DIMENSION REVOLVING "IDENTITY PROJECTION" OF BRET. WE PULL BACK TO SEE CHEN, KARLTON, AND LIZAM LOOKING UP AT IT. CHEN: So, that's our traitor? LIZAN: Yes, Bret Vyon. (FROM MEMORY) Bred on Mars - Colony 16. Joined Space Security in 3990. Gained first rank 3995. Gained second rank 3998. CHEN: You have a good memory. LIZAN: Thank you, Guardian. CHEN: And he looks like that. LIZAN: Exactly like that. How could he look otherwise? Have you no faith in computerised data?
If we had episode 4 of Master Plan back - potentially! IIRC for this scene Nicholas Courtney was filmed shirtless from the waist up...
How fitting that, in the run-up to Lungbarrow by Loomlight (coming soon from Arcbeatle Press), someone has coincidentally uploaded the scene breakdown from the unmade original Doctor Who TV Story Lungbarrow to the Internet Archive! archive.org/details/doct...
It’s Transgender Day of Visibility and this tiny cranky middle-aged feminist just wants to say she loves you and our cause is the same cause.
